My experience was almost perfect with pack rat. Good communication, And a good price. What I didn’t like were two things, the first was I needed to Speak with the representative in my area and he gave me only the general 800 number and I was unable to get in touch with him or the company for three days because they were closed for the weekend and Memorial Day. The other thing is I was quoted one price and then was charged $500 more. I called and was told it had to do with a fuel charge . That didn’t sit well with me so I decided to call again and the weight was going to be over an hour. That’s not good! So I’m going to call again and hope I have better luck getting through. I would still use them again, but I would be more clear on getting Quotes. You need to know these things upfront. $500 more was a bit of a shock for sure.
