I was designated a carrier. I called the carrier and their phone number was disconnected and not in service. I then called the assigned driver. They did not answer nor return phone call. The same day two different people called my client at the pickup site and tried to schedule a time to pick up the vehicle even though they weren't authorized to do so. They were not listed as the carrier or driver.. Feels like a scam and they still took $249 to cancel even though things did not add up.. They said that was not a good enough reason. Seems to me that if somebody is trying to steal my vehicle and the supplied contact information is invalid that is a good enough reason to not only go with my gutt, But go with the facts and cancel my pickup carrier and driver.. I'm not a big complainer but this one is worthy of a complaint and just want to let future customers aware...
