Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear of the inconveniences you experienced and would like to offer an explanation of the $50 charge. Montway does our best to quote accurate market pricing however, drivers may request additional funds for certain services, such as weekend pick-up or delivery. It seems maybe the driver anticipated a Saturday delivery but arrived early - dates are estimated and are subject to change at any time and this can result in early or late pick-up or delivery.
We are very glad to hear that everything else went well and that the driver took care of your vehicle and provided great communication. We hope to be of service again in the future!
