With all due respect to the customer, we apologize for any inconvenience, however we must mention here that this order was booked online on our website and in the Order confirmation is stated that the certified funds are payable to the delivering truck driver not Montway.
Also, just to make sure that the customer is aware of that, we email every customer a Dispatch Notification with the name of the Transporter to remind them that the certified funds are payable to the trucker not Montway!
We've provided a Top notch service and delivered this vehicle in 48 hours and again we apologize for any inconvenience.
We take every criticism seriously and if you have any suggestion what can we do better then what we have in place now, just let us know.
