I had specified a very short window for the pickup time, and the bidder had that information. I took their bid assuming they would meet it. At my phone contact immediately after that, they made clear it would not be possible to meet that schedule. Would have helped to know that in advance of accepting the bid. Having said that, they did a great job. They got the car pretty quickly and had it delivered just two days later. They kept us well informed the whole way and had a very reasonable price. All in all, I would strongly consider this company again based on the overall experience. All's well that ends well!
