Transporting one of our vehicles

Called Moonlite transporter and talked with Ginger regarding trasnsporting our vehicle to NC, and she was extremely helpful as to what needed to be done, as we have never used this service before. My husband was reluctant & afraid of some scary or sceptical issues that could arise from something like this, but that was the furthest thing away from our experience. We gave Ginger a timeframe when the vehicle could be picked up & when it had to be delivered to the address in NC. Well, all of a sudden we had a call from her and she told us that the driver William Copps would be contacting us and sure enough he did. What a wonderful man, he was very helpful and explained the process to us and told us he would call us if he had any problems or would call us when he was dropping the car off to let us know that everything went ok.

Well, he left Saturday from NH and had to drop two other vehicles off, one in VA and one in NC and then ours was the last, and he delivered AS PROMISED!!!!!!!!! The phone call came in, and in fact I had given him some directions and told him he would be going by a KOPPS variety store, but spelled with a K, and he called me when he was going by that variety store, and our drop off was only about a 3 minute ride from there.

I would have no qualms or hesitations whatsoever about using Ginger again, and my only hope would be that she used Bill Copp also, but I am sure that anyone that she uses is just as reputable. Hope this helps the first time user like myself, do not be skeptical using Moonlite Transporters. Other companies maybe but not them.
