Alice was very helpful! She made the process pretty painless especially since I am a bit of a scatter brain.

The carrier called us and told us he would potentially have to pick up the car with someone and bring it to where ever the carrier was going to dispatch. I was hesitant about it and called up Alice, she responded very quickly and got in touch with our carrier. She called back and assured us that while it wasn't as common it's not unlikely.

After that everything went very smoothly. Alice followed up with us several times during transport.

If I needed to ship again, I would use Motor Movers!
