Recently I decided to move from AZ to NY. Among the many decisions I had to make was how to get my car to NY. I had never used auto transport before and did not know anyone who did. I was very apprehensive.
I went to the internet and thought I had chosen a good company. During the process there were several red flags and I cancelled the order. Back to the internet. I found the transport review site and the listing for Motor Movers Auto Transport. I filled out the form and received a call from Laura Curto shortly thereafter. She explained the procedure and the charge. She put my mind at ease. I had several calls and emails from Laura and Mary during the process.
My vehicles arrived in NY several days ahead of schedule. Chris the driver was very professional. My vehicle arrived without any problems or damage. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to use Motor Movers in the future. Excellent customer service from Laura, Mary and Chris.
