All questions I asked were answered quickly and were easily understood. Process, timeline, costs and other details

were explained satisfactorily. Bids, options and other variables did not change after initial agreement and the

truck arrived within 10 minutes of the ETA given by the driver. Pickup on Long Island NY was handled by an agent

there on a Friday and the truck arrived Denver Colo. Monday at 0910 at my dock. No damage occurred and Patrick

updated me by phone and Email daily. Jim
