I called Motor Movers expecting to talk to a woman who had really good reviews but she was not available. Instead I spoke to Patrick O'Connell. Patrick was about as good as it gets in terms of knowledge, customer service, delivering on everything he promised and matching me up with someone who would get my car to the destination without a scratch. He, in fact, over-delivered. Patrick knows best bidding strategies for hiring a carrier, and that is something only learned with years of experience. He also understood a concern I had, which was to match me up with a carrier that wouldn't leave an inch between the cars in order to squeeze in one more small vehicle to make a few more dollars. I recently saw some car carriers that literally had an inch between car bumpers, which I couldn't imagine them not banging into each other during the trip. As I thought, my car was just a little dirty from the trip but that is to be well expected - no problem, just wash it. I will recommend Patrick and Motor Movers to as many people as I can! A good broker does not quote the lowest or highest price, just one they think they can find a quality carrier for.
