all went as promised. I don't mind filling out a review but react to having to type a treatise to complete it. The service provided was fine, the survey is so so. So I will keep writing until i have the 200 characters and then send hopefully. My contact, Steven Ram was a great guy. personable and knowledgable. What else is there to say. I paid for a service and I got it. Seems like everybody has to have a bloody survey these days. How's the weather where you are at? It sucks here. Hard freeze last night probably killed all of the fruit tree crop. Second year in a row. Did you see what the Red Wings did last night? Won two in a row to win the series against a much higher regarded, Anaheim team. Who calls their team the Ducks anyway?

Now days its surveys. Cold where you are in MI, going to be 100 here today, to me that's better than a hard freeze!
