I had never shipped anything before, so I tried an online "get a quote" system. The phone calls started coming in from brokers all over. All of them were people reading scripts and it was very annoying.

Then Mary called, no scripts, just genuine conversation. She asked if I had ever shipped a vehicle before, and explained the whole process. The location I had to ship to was somewhat out of the way, so it took a few days, but Mary did not collect broker fees until the car was loaded on the truck.

I felt very comfortable with the whole process and will call Mary specifically if I ever need to move a vehicle again.

The driver also was right on target for deliver commitment.
