If at first you don't succeed...

To start, I reviewed a few companies before deciding on this one. To clarify, Motor Movers treated me like I was a human being, not like they were a computer talking to me from a prompt that they "had to read". Motor Movers has wonderful customer service, my contact was Steven (thank you for taking time to actually talk to me) Mary filled in for Steven when he had some difficulties ( thank you for helping and answering my questions) However, the pick up for my car was quoted on the 29th and wasn't picked up until the 1st. No big deal things happen right? Come the first, "we're sorry the truck broke down we need to get you another carrier" things happen right? Talking to the truck driver he informed me my car would be dropped of on the 3rd. Later that day I receive a phone call saying it would be ready to be picked up around 9:00 P.M. Instead of that afternoon, later he wanted to drop it off on the 4th instead (4th of July). A lot of ups but more downs. Everything considering I would reuse this company because of the customer service but I think I'll try to do it myself with a trailer in the future!

Unfortunately this happens with carriers all the time with break downs and delays for other reasons. We finally did get everything together and you got your vehicle safe and sound.
