NEVER USE THEM...LAURA IS THE WORST!!!

I was moving from CA to GA. I had never shipped a car before but Laura assured me that they would take good care of me and make sure that my car got there in time. Because I didn't have a car when I got to GA so I was going to be renting one until my car got there, because I need to start work ASAP. I left California 5/30 I was told my car would be picked up 5/31 or 6/1. but on Monday 6/3 my car was still at my friends place. I called Laura to see what was going on as she had told me my car would be in GA on Friday 6/7. She didn't know why my car had not been picked up and told me to call the truck driver and ask! Isn't that her Job? I called anyways but the driver didn't speak good English. I tried calling Laura back but it was impossible to get I touch with her. She finally called me back and said the truck had run down so she was going to find another truck for me. I didn't know I could cancel so I said ok. But please hurry cause I have to return this rental car and I don't have any money to rent another one. She told me my car couldn't be picked up till Friday 6/7 and deliver Tuesday 6/11 I said ok but make sure it gets here. On Friday my car was not picked up. Saturday morning I called Laura and asked why my car was not picked up. She didn't even know it had not been picked up and didn't know when it would be picked up. So I called Montway auto transport and they told me they could get someone to pick it up Sunday 6/9 and in GA by Friday 6/14. I said yes book it. I called Laura back and cancelled with her. She said she would cancel everything. On Sunday the driver from Montway called and told me my car had already been picked up. I called my friend and they said Saturday evening someone came to pick it up. Ahh!!! On Monday I called Montway and they were very nice and gave me a full refund. Laura on the other had didn't know the car had been picked up and on Tuesday when she found out called me 4 times while I was at work because now she needed her money. Now she called me before she wouldn't respond. needless to say my car didn't get there till Saturday 6/15. This was the worst experience. Laura was the worst person to deal with they need better customer service. So many lies! NEVER AGAIN!

You are the one and only negative review I have ever received, after shipping over 500 cars personally. I strive to give good customer service to each and every client. I personally had no control over the carrier breaking down, or the fact we were unable to reach your pick up contact for days. I did give you a $120.00 discount on the move.Best wishes to you in your new home! Laura
