I was contacted by Keith when I put a request in for quotes on my CA- >NJ auto move. Keith was very friendly, and very accomodating- I had extenuating circumstances, as I needed my car to be picked up from an airport parking garage at LAX.
Keith agreed to have the movers pay for the Valet on the car, was very understanding and helpful on the details of the authorization for releasing the car, and said it would be no problem to simply pay it and add it to my bill after.

Keith was also able to have movers pick up my car the very next day (the valet service was $20 a day, so the earlier date definitely saved me money.) He estimated 5 days for delivery, which was already very quick in my opinion. He sent me the terms and conditions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before sealing the deal.

3 days later, the car was delivered to my home address. The company, Lukobe transportation, had two drivers doing shifts so that it could be delivered expediantly.

As things do sometimes go wrong, it was understandable that about 40 miles from the NJ home address, the truckers vehicle broke down. Instead of being late, the truck driver called my NJ contact and drove my car the last 40 miles to deliver it to the address.

Keith then called to confirm delivery, and sent me a thank you note. Overall, this was the smoothest move I've ever heard of and also one of the friendliest movers I've met,
