Mary was great to work with. The only hitch was a price increase the day of pickup from the original quoted price. I had been warned about this. In fact, every broker that e-mailed me a quote said that every other broker would be dishonest, wouldn't pick up the car, and would increase the price. Nice competitors huh? This was upsetting but I did check with other carriers and the final price was competitive. Mary did work with me to get the new price down a bit. The service was quick and painless and Mary certainly knew the business.

As I stated to you at the beginning that the price can change based on fuel cost. I did feel bad about the amount of the increase and this is why I did drop $130 off of my fee for you.Once again I am sorry for the increase,unfortunately it is out of our control when the carriers prices increase. I work really hard to make sure my customers are not taken advantage of. It all worked out and I am happy that you will use my services again. Thank you so much John for choosing our Company.
