After getting quotes from 12 different companies we eliminated the highest and a few the were just too low too be true. We researched the company with BBB and looked at reviews on line. We also asked several of our friends and family that have worked in trucking. With having an A rating by BBB and we could only find 1 negative review on motor movers we decided on motor movers. I sent them an email and Estelle responded the next day. She was wonderful in her help with us getting more information that did effect the price, it was still within what we expected to pay. Estelle worked with on our unusal requests regarding pick up dates. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. When a trasport was available Estelle was out of the office but her coworker Mary was able to contact us and get it schedualed 5 days earilier than we thought we would get it. Etselle contacted us with the driver information and times, she called the next day to let us know the driver was ahead of schedule and would be there 2 days eirier than planned. He showed up within 30 minutes on when he said he would be there. We even got a follow up call from Estelle just to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Loved 'em!
