Michelle was very responsive to all the questions as I had never shipped a vehicle before and alittle apprehensive as there are so many options available. She went over the whole process and answered all my questions therefore making sure I was comfortable with the process. Once I told them I was ready, I received a call within one day and was first contacted by Motor Movers with the information on the driver. Shortly afterwards, the driver contacted me with a pick up time. When he arrived, he was very professional and willing to answer all the questions I had. As promised, the vehicle was delivered 3 days from the day it was picked up with no issues whatsoever. I was happy and my Dad was happy to receive his car. I would definitely recommend this company for auto transport. If the need arises again, I will definitely use there service again.
