Working with Mary at Motor Movers allowed me to feel certain that our needs were being taken care of. Her care toward us was very attentive. The only frustration we experienced in working together was with our 1st available trucker who did not show up or communicate his absence. So - the transport process took longer than anticipated. I understand now - that every so often, in spite of best efforts to work with dependable trucking companies - a new driver may ruin the reputation of the agents involved if there is unprofessional behavior. However - when our vehicle was assigned after this incident, we had an excellent driver who called to advise us on his schedule....and Motor Movers made certain we were attended to.
