Being a 24 year old first time shipper. I was a bit apprehensive about having my new car out off my sight and on a random truck. Estelle Hockemier did a great job about explaining everything and making sure it all worked out. Due to the fact that this is an imperfect world, I did have issues with the drivers lateness and him demanding money before the car arrived at the destination. But the most important thing is that my car got to its destination safely and without a scratch and I was assured by Estelle that they will no longer be using the driver that shipped my car.

Estelle Hockemier 480-428-1264 estelle@motormoversautotransport.com Hi Adeola, I'm sorry he wasn't the nicest truck driver. Some people are not great in customer service. He got into town early and you weren't there yet. I understand how it is stressful. Then you had all that stuff in your trunk and the carrier had to pay an over the limit fee and he was frustrated and you were frustrated and I'm just glad your car is there safe with you now. Congratulations on your new job! You are going to thrive in that new big city. Be well!!
