Mary is terrific. She was very diligent in finding us an enclosed transport from VA to TX and even took a cut in her own broker fee from 250 to 125 to help me meet my strict budget. She found us a transport company, Kwik Trans Inc, who was in the area and able to pick up. Kwik Trans (the carrier, not Mary's company) was very rude to me on the phone and gave us only 2 hours notice prior to picking up. Kwik Trans said they did not care if they lose my business. Upon hearing this, Mary called Kwik Trans directly and demanded an apology on my behalf and stated that she would no longer use their services. Kwik Trans immediately called me, their manager apologized, and gave an additional $100 discount. Everything else with the move went off without a hitch.

Mary clearly pulls some weight in the auto transport world and makes sure her customers are taken care of. I called Mary probably 10 times during this entire process and she answered each call promptly and always had enough time for me. I appreciate her services so much and she is wonderful. I will definitely use her on my next move.

To clarify - Mary's company (Motor Movers) is great - my poor experience with the actual carrier (Kwik Trans) should NOT adversely affect your opinion of Motor Movers!

Even with the clearance of the vehicle we had to go with an enclosed carrier. Yes the carrier was rude, and I most defiantley do not play around with that type of service.
