Better than expected service with Laura at Motor Movers. Laura is honest, not overbearing, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping you make an informed decision. You get what you pay for.

Context: Bought a vehicle cross-country (unable to inspect in person), so needed a reliable transporter to get it to me in showroom condition. Researched several transport companies for a least a week. Was referred to Motor Movers by a previous customer who had transported a six figure vehicle cross-country enclosed.

Contacted Laura on a Friday morning needing pickup on Tuesday morning (requested enclosed). She called back 2 hours later with a bid for an enclosed trailer which was cheaper than an open. She explained the entire process of finding a trailer, verifying their insurance, not charging me until it was picked up, and then followed up to verify it was delivered.

Bid was for a 4 day trip. Dave at Dufrane Moving picked up as scheduled at dealership, but called me that evening to say he could deliver to my door the next day! I had to work late so he waited 2 hours for me at my front door. That is excellent customer service!

I will definitely use Motor Movers again!
