As all reviews of car tranporters say, the broker gets their fee and it is in then in the hands of the carrier. So true! Richard was helpful and accomaditing with our requests for the departure date and delivery date, but the driver from the carrier KJ Falcon Log LLC was quite something to deal with. Numerous calls for a pick up time by the driver the prior day to confirm, the day and time arrives and no driver! Called the driver and naturally he is on his way just 40 minutes away. Well 3 hours later he did show up. I guess in this business we should count ourselves lucky that he showed up on the requested day. The delivery end was just the same, the driver called to say that the estimated delivery would be a day late. The driver gave a delivery time, naturally a no show at that time. Numerous calls later, even asked a Russian friend to call the driver to translate, he arrived only a day 5 hours late. PLEASE DONT RECOMMEND KJ Falcon Log LLC.
