Laura Curto was my main contact and did an excellent job. She stayed in touch with me and let me know what was happening with my car and was very accessible. The initial quote came in at $485 but the final cost was $550 because the car needed to be winched onto the truck as it was inoperable. The cost was still less than many of the other carriers I talked to and I felt it was very reasonable. This was the first time I had attempted this type of service and was very apprehensive after reading a lot of the reviews. But Laura was great and if I need to do this again I would definitely use their service.
