Yes winter time coming out of Montana is not always easy to get a carrier quickly as I did mention to you when you 1st called to place the order. Then on top of that the East coast was also slammed by bad weather, and it was unfortunate that I was hospitalized for 6 days. I do apologize that it took a while to get a carrier, but we had a lot of customers waiting for the transport of their vehicles due to the bad winter. It has really been a tough month for customers and carriers. It was a pleasure working with you and I am glad we did get the vehicle to your mother that was in a car accident and had no transportation.
