Sheridan Phelps at Motor Movers Auto Transport was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was more than just a broker for my auto transport, it was almost like she was becoming my friend. We moved to AZ from MI and she helped us through the entire process of moving our other vehicle down here. From the beginning she was easy to talk to, helped service our needs, and made sure the carrier chosen was held accountable for anything they offered. We had issues with the actual carrier that transported our vehicle and the delivery, so I called Sheridan at 11:45 p.m. with my frustrations. She was there to talk about the entire ordeal and made it a point to contact the carrier the next day with how unprofessional they had been and how they had not delivered based on their guaranteed time. She ended up getting our vehicle delivered two hours earlier than what they had told us. She also sent us an apology card for the actions of the carrier and told us that that was not the proper way to be introduced to a new state. She congratulated us on our move and new jobs again and threw in a small gift card to show us a proper welcome to the state and that AZ is a nice place. No matter what happened with the carrier, I will still continue to work with Sheridan for any future transport needs. She was amazing.
