Bridgett was amazing from start to finish. My quote was a little higher than I wanted when she suggested putting in a bid since I had flexible dates. Not only did my bid get picked up, it was picked up in one day, as Bridgett got the wheels in motion. Additionally, I had issues with the carrier's driver trying to demand extra cash on the spot. I let Bridgett know, and she resolved the issue with the carrier in 15 minutes of notification. She always followed up to let me know any problems, their resolutions, and dealt with the carrier's driver. While I wouldn't recommend USA Auto Transport as a carrier, I would use Bridgett again in a heartbeat.
