This was my second transport with MM. I went back to them because of their excellent service and returned after checking with shippers, who tried to gouge on price. The only issue is that while MM makes a good faith effort to give an accurate quote, the truckers tend to come in and ask for more. I'm sure this is part of the process. The broker tries to hold down the price and the trucker tries to see how far he can push it. The good news is that, while the price was more than the estimate, MM transported my car for $150-350 less than the quotes from the direct shippers. Laura was very patient and answered all my questions completely and in-depth. She explained the system and her description was very accurate and inline with my experience. In both my moves, the truckers kept me well informed, were accurate in their pick-up times and early in their deliveries. They were pleasant and professional, checked the car both at pick-up and delivery, and I experienced no problems. The car was dirty from travel, but no more than had I driven it myself. Overall, I was very pleased with both MM and the truckers they use.
