Ric was my primary contact throughout this process. I talked to a few other companies and he was by far the friendliest and most professional. He put in the effort to explain everything to me clearly and concisely as well as provided guidelines for researching other transport companies. He was fairly accessible by phone and took the initiative to call and follow up near the scheduled pick-up and delivery times to make sure everything was going smoothly. I only dock one star because he can sometimes take a while to return calls - however, he did return every call that was missed.

I will definitely be using this company again.
