Laura was great. She was responsive and handled negotiations on my behalf in a professional and responsive manner. Although the final price was approximately $100 over the original quote, based on my research with other transporters, the final price was comparable or better than what I would have gotten elsewhere, and I also had the peace of mind that comes with using a transporter with a good reputation.
