We dealt with Laura at Motor Movers and she was very pleasant explaining how the system works. She reassured me that they deal with only reputable carriers. Our automobile was picked up from Dallas, Texas two days late and arrived in South Florida, two days late. That didn't bother me so much, but it was the lack of followup from Motor Movers that I was not impressed with.

The dealer we bought the car from, was the only person who gave me the driver's name and cell phone. I contacted Laura twice for information, but never received a call or email back. Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought part of the broker's job was to keep you informed in you have questions or concerns, instead, I had nothing. The driver that delivered the car was pleasant enough. He unpacked the car on a main street about 1/2 mile from our home, and I drove it back to our house.

I am not sure why you did not receive the dispatch letter I sent out on 09/11/2014 with the carrier information. I was told you were in jury duty during the days of delivery, and I had a death in the family. I apologize there was not a lot of follow through at the end. Thank you for choosing Motor Movers.
