We contacted another company first and they said they could transport our vehicle. When we tried to call them back the calls went to voice mail and they never returned our calls. We contacted Laura at Motor Movers and she took control of the situation and immediately tried to help. We were leaving on a Wednesday and she kept in contact letting us know she was still trying to get us service. We left Ohio in confidence that she was going to take care of us. She called while we were traveling to Alabama and let us know that she had found a carrier for our vehicle. We received it the day after we had arrived in Alabama. If we were to need a vehicle carrier again we would not hesitate to contact Laura at Motor Movers.
