Although I paid a little more than what I thought it may cost on initial research, it turned out to be a very wise decision using Laura and her company. She will teach you in an honest and non-condescending manner how the industry works. That's when it will all make sense how the crazy bidding and broker promises seem to be fraught with conflicts. Don't go with the lowest price. Go with who tells you the truth and who will get the work done correctly, quickly and honestly. TW
