Motor Movers and Lynn in particular were good on maintaining contact with us throughout the process, this being our first time moving a car from out of state. The price was very reasonable and I'd use Lynn agian were we to need such a service. The complaint I had actually was with the trucking firm that ended up moving our vehicle. They picked up our car and moved it across country and everything was good with the car and transport time, (grade A), except their ability to communicate with us (grade F). Having instructions to call us when the car was picked up, they failed to do so, then also as delivery time approached, they also failed in attempts to communicate with us. This wasn't just a simple missed phone call... but it was like trying to communicate with someone in a different universe. The car did arrive, (only a day late, which was no big deal to us), no damage, but we simply wanted to have the driver contact us when they had the car on the carrier. It was as if the trucking company couldn't figure this part out! SO, if you don't care one way or the other on maintaining communication with the trucker (whether or not your car is actually picked up, when it'll be delivered, etc.) then have Lynn Jeffrey use this trucking firm (she'll know who is being referenced). If you'd rather be kept in the loop, confirming that the car actually exists and was picked up, and that it'll be delivered at a certain time, and where they'll confirm that you're home at that time, use Lynn by all means, but have her not include the trucking company we ended up with in this case. Lynn knows who I'm referencing, so just tell her you'd like to use a trucker that'll maintain communication, then she'll hopefully not use the trucker we ended up with. To reiterate, Lynn did a very good job as a broker and I can't complain about the price she got us, nor about how she facilitated the process. I think she was as frustrated as us.
