I was moving an SUV from NY-LA. I have never been through the process of shipping a car nor knew there were even brokers which flooded me with phone calls. Being speculative of the process (it now appeared very cowboy - all area codes contacting me for business) i grew nervous and worried i would be scammed. Laura, changed that. She walked me through exactly what would happen which is EXACTLY how it went. Her pricing was/is excellent. When i had questions or was curious about where the car was at all she found out, answered my calls and always called me back immediately (within like 15-20 minutes).
- PICKUP in NYC - on time and easy
- DROP OFF in LA - even easier....I paid up front/cash (deposit on CC) - no issue no at all.
- She said 7-10 days and it took 8 with plenty of leeway time to organize schedules.

Don't hesitate to use her and save yourself the time and conversations with other brokers. She called me at the end to make sure the car was in safe hands and that everything was ok, which it was.

Nice, respectful, reliable/follows through, good pricing and most important honest.
