After reviewing over 18 companies I choose Move Auto transport - Why? well they are the ones who up front told me what to look for beyond what I knew, such as how to check on the company - no switching from one carrier to another, which of course lowers the chance of damage. Everything was up front before I even choose them - Then once I did all my research, They made it happen - I signed and made my deposit and arrangements were already to have my truck picked up that afternoon - where other companies were going to take days to get that part started. Next, my truck was picked up by a most professional driver who carefully went over the truck with me for prior damage, explained everything, even how he was getting to the destination and had already made contact with my daughter regarding receiving the truck and worked with her and her work and school schedule. All this done in ONE day - he arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and professional yet still warm and friendly. Daughter & son-in-law received the truck in same condition it was shipped and they too said the driver was so wonderfully pleasant and did full inspection without rush.
So not only was this an excellent experience - it exceeded expectations... this is not a 5 Star company... it is a 10 star from start to finish... and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to ship their vehicle.
