I am very impressed with the service I received from Move Auto Transport. I had contacted another company to pick up my car. They promised they would NOT charge my account for a deposit until a driver was assigned to pick up my car and that the driver would contact me to confirm pick up. 4 days before my requested pick up date, no driver contact and my account was charged. I tried contacting the representative (broker) and he would not return phone calls or emails. I found out a week later the representative of that company was no longer there. Thanks for God being on my side, I got an email from Move Auto Transport asking was I still looking to transport my car. I explained my situation to Mark and how upset and frustrated I was. He explained the whole transport process to me. Mark immediately starting helping me and worked late in the evening to ensure a driver could transport my car. That evening I not only had the driver's name but his telephone # as well. The next day I was contacted by Silverado Transport with confirmation for pick up. Mark continued to follow up with me until my car was picked up. It was delivered on time and the driver was super nice. Mark turned a bad situation around and I sincerely appreciate him and his above and beyond customer service to deliver OUTSTANDING customer service. I will definitely use this service again. The whole transport process is already confusing and frustrating but thanks to Move Auto Transport for being a reliable, trustworthy, dependable company who believes in customer service and satisfaction. Thank you Mark for being the bombdiggity.com! You deserve a raise and much recognition!
