I, at first, received a phone call from Stefanie. She stood out from the rest of the other 40 phone calls that I recieved. She was pleasant and knowledgable and also did not seem like she was calling me from a call center with other people selling in the background. She explained that she and her friend started the business and that they were available 24/7 and worked out of their house. That was comforting to me considering I had thoughts of what am I to do if my classic Trans Am is on a car carrier overnight and something were to happen? She and Jennifer (partner) were there every step of the way. I did not deal with anyone else other than these two highly intelligent and qualified ladies. Jennifer was just as knowledgeable and kind, and was the one that took my payment when she called me the day after I spoke with Stefanie to tell me the dates of my pickup and delivery. My Trans Am was delivered in a timely manner and I WILL ABSOLUTELY SHIP WITH THESE WONDERFUL LADIES AGAIN! They were a pleasure to do business with and made me feel very comfortable with shipping my Trans Am. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!
