TERRIBLE!!

Where to begin. The owner is unresponsive, unreliable and irresponsible. Phone calls are not returned. The vehicle was supposed to be picked up on a Monday/Tuesday. Tuesday evening I called the company and explained the driver never showed. She was confused and assured me she would call me back with answers and a new pick up date, she did not call me back. I called her back 1.5 days later. She still didn't have any answers, and again said would call back. Again, no call back. I called again and was given a new pick up date. On the new pick up day I was contacted and told that the pick up would have to be moved again.

I requested some type of discount for the inconvenience, because I now had to take off more time from work. The owner said she would only give us $50 off. This is when I realized she overcharged us for this shipping! We were originally told $100 for a deposit then $900 total. I confronted her about the overcharge and she told me I was wrong and get over it because she was not giving us any refunds!

When the vehicle was finally picked up, a week later, the driver of the truck was rude, and irresponsible. He damaged my truck while putting it on. He busted some hoses and scrapped the vehicle. When confronted about it the driver said It's an old truck, stuff happens. (It is an antique truck that was built from scratch) I contacted the owner about this issue and again, she never called me back. We eventually gave up with this company and filed a complaint with the BBB.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!
