To be fair, they have not picked up my car yet, so I cannot comment on how the car would have arrived.
I understand that they are all brokers and cannot necessarily guarantee timely pick-up, but I was told I'd have pick up on the 20th of July, and I'm still waiting to even hear when the real date would be. I was promised to be contacted by the weekend, but no one has gotten back to me. I am very disappointed in the initial service at least. When I phoned, today saturday, I was told that they couldn't help me on a saturday, and the gentleman I spoke to was not very friendly...

I just hope to be able to get my deposit back!
