After reading my review, a management person called and apologized "from sea to shining sea". We agreed, the best way to make ammends is to credit my m/card the $175.00 deposit and e-mail or fax the transaction number.....YUP, YOU KNOW THE RESULTS, NO CREDIT HAS BEEN ISSUED.
