I was contacted more than once to use Move On Time. Once my credit card was charged, I never heard back from Leroy. The most unacceptable customer service I have ever received. I would never use this company for anything.
Made excuses, blamed other customers and their carriers for their mistakes.
POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
