Move-on-Time Came Through for Us

Move-on-Time gave a quote and collected their part of the payment. On the day the car was to be picked up, the subcontractor called and canceled at the time he was to have picked up the car. This was at 4:55 p.m. on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. We thought we would have to find another solution ourselves and then try to recover the deposit from Move-on-Time, since it was a 3-day weekend. We left a message on the Move-on-Time phone, and also e-mailed Gil. We heard back the next morning from LeRoy who said he would find someone to pick up the car that day (we were flying out the next morning), and he did!! The car was picked up by a very good subcontractor at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, and delivered to its destination 24 hours later (we thought it would take 2 or 3 days). We had flown to California, and picked up the car on Monday morning. We thought LeRoy and Gil did a great job, as did their subcontractor (Lee Parker of Buster Transportation). Thanks to you all.
