I selected MoveOnTime Transport because of the friendliness and can-do attitude I heard on the phone line and across the emails. Days and days passed, however, and my contact could not get a truck to pick up the automobile I wanted transported from Rochester to El Paso. I had about a three week time window to have the vehicle picked up as seller was moving away. And the vehicle was going to be left in the street...call it abandoned...and it was a Plymouth Prowler roadster-hotrod...not the type vehicle to do this to if one ever expected to see it again!!
I finally cancelled my order and drove 2200 miles from El Paso to Rochester with my own pick-up and trailer...and brought it home.
I requested my $200.00 deposit back...and after several more weeks, I received $150.00 as a credit to my credit card. I email-asked Sgt.Major Kasper what happened to my other $50.00? Never got an answer.
Can you blame me for not being at all happy with absolutely any part of my experience with MoveOnTime???!!!
Thanks for asking. Steve Mecham, Capt. USMC,Vietnam Veteran

It is never pleasant when transportation can not be arranged and no one is more disappointed than me. We take great pride in our service but even under the best of circumstances sometimes we cannot get the job done. It costs money to try to arrange transportation and the $50.00 cancellation fee is clearly specified on our user agreement which is submitted by all clients and is available on the website. We regret any inconvenience to anyone that this happens to regardless of why.
