I had a great experience with Move-on-Time and the carrier they contracted to transport my vehicle. After placing a request for a quote in the evening, I had received a phone call from Mr Kasper the next afternoon. He explained the process, the cost and gave me a timeline. Within 3 days they had picked the car and had it to me within another 2 days. I must commend the professionalism of the the carrier Thunder Express who they contracted for me. They had some unique hurdles to overcome during the drive from NC, but kept me nformed the entire time as to the status of the vehicle delivery. When they could not deliver the vehicle on the first afternoon as promised, they told me to pick a time and day and they would have it there. I told them after 7:00 Pm the next evening and they were in front of my house at 7:15. Communication was excellent, price was what I was expecting to pay, the car had no damage to it, service was much faster than I anticipated and everyone involved was very professional. I will use them again!
