When I make a mistake, I will be the 1st to admit so. His total deposit has been refunded and we deeply regret any inconvenience. Getting vehicles picked-up in Pittsburg is a nightmare, especially in the winter. What he did not tell you is he had to get the vehicles to another location and pay more to get them moved. Again, my apology for the inconvenience to the individual.
