This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company. We contacted move on time on 10/12 to get a vehicle shipped from NC to WA the next day. They told us this was not an issue and that if they couldnt make it happen not to worry because the $250 they require for deposit is fully refundable. So by the 13th we still hadnt heard anything so we called and cancelled with the company and was told that once our payment cleared with their company they would immediately refund it. However, it has now been over a month and we cant even speak with anyone. Everytime we call the person who answers says that they dont know of our situation so we ask for a manager and they say there isnt one working. They offer to give you to voicemail but we have left over 30 voicemails that have not been returned. I have also contacted the better business bureau on this company and found out that they have a failing grade with their company as well as SEVERAL outstanding complaints that were never answered. I filed a complaint over a month ago and mine was closed out as well due to the company failing to respond. They are obviously scamming people so beware!
