WORST COMPANY EVER

I CONTACTED MOVE ON TIME BECAUSE I WAS MOVING FROM CALIFORNIA TO TEXAS. I RECEIVED SEVERAL EMAILS FROM OTHER COMPANIES BUT DECIDED TO GO WITH THEM BECAUSE OF THE PRICE. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE A RESERVATION I SPOKE TO LEROY HE SAID THAT THEY WOULD PICK UP MY CAR ON THE DAY REQUEST AND WOULD CONTACT ME SEVERAL DAYS WHEN THEY HAD CONFIRMED EVERYTHING. THIS NEVER HAPPEND. I CALLED EVERY DAY AND HE WAS NEVER AVAILABLE. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THE GUY THAT ANSWERED RUDELY REPLIED THAT THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE AND I HAD TO SPEAK TO MY ASSIGNED AGENT!!! I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO LEROY GOT NOTHING BACK! FINALLY THE DAY BEFORE I LEFT TO TEXAS I CALLED CAR SHIPPER USA AND RIGHT AWAY WITHIN 4 HOURS I HAD A CONFIRMATION AND PICK UP TIME AND DATE! MOVE ON TIME HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH AND I AM STILL TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE TO GET MY REFUND BACK!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STRESSED AND ANGRY!!!
