I tried one other company first by looking at their best review on BBB but they missed the day of pickup and gave me a window of 3 days as they claimed that in this business there is no guarantee when actual pick up will happen. I then switched to move on time.They got upset and sent me an angry email as it was my fault that I am going with different companies and confusing carriers.I was made responsible for the whole delay.Any way with this company ,Desiree was very courteous, friendly and professional. She did her job promptly. Got me a respectable carrier and the whole move happened hassle free. I give them high grades.
