I had contacted Desiree about moving my car, I was quoited $800 to move it from MA to NM. I was told it would be picked up with in 72 hours from the time of the order. Desiree clams to have given me her direct number if i had any further questions.

Well after 72 hours i hadn't received a single phone call. I understand the weather is bad all over the us, all i wanted was an update on the pick up of my car. I call for 3 days, leaving Desiree multiple messages. I even call others at Move On Time and not a single call was returned, nor was any of my emails answered.

Now almost a week after the initial order, Desiree calls me back, but calls back because she dialed the wrong number. She states she has no Idea when the car can be picked up and i find out the price had gone up from $800 to $1000 and was never told by any one from Move On Time.
